● Backgrounds will be a single color, with simple objects to support the piece's composition. Requests for a complex background will be an extra $20.

I am pretty flexible, but I will let you know if I cannot go through with what you are asking for, especially if it involves R18+ content. I will not complete requests that are considered targetted harassment directed towards others.
terms of service
You agree that you are 18 years of age or older,
and have accepted these terms when you order.NOTICE: I am living with medical conditions that could hinder workflow. I will communicate with clients as much as possible. Expect at least a month of turnaround time on each project.I will not create NFTs nor allow any of my content to become NFTs.
● When ordering a commission, it must be done through the provided Google form. The commission is considered accepted when I respond through an email. Future discussions regarding the commission must be done through email or Discord DMs (when convenient).
● I have the right to deny requests.
● You may ask for up to three edits to the commission as I am sketching the layout. Miscommunication or mistakes made by me will not count.
● You can request the commission to be private or to be shared on my social media. You may also request if you can remain anonymous.
● Commissions are allowed to be reposted, as long as credit is given, to me, and/or to the original post.
● Clients may use the final product for personal use only. You do not have the right to create merchandise, prints, etc. for profit.
● You can not alter the commission, trace, or request another artist to alter the commission.
● I have a right to use commissions as a way to advertise myself.
● I have the right to issue takedowns of the artwork posted without the client's, or my permission.
PRODUCT
● You will receive a .png and .jpg file without a watermark.
● You will also receive a version with a watermark for social media use.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
All payments are done through PayPal invoice.
● 100% of the commission price must be paid upfront once it is the client's turn on the commission queue.
● The client will not receive any progress sketches of the commission until they have paid. Once an invoice has been sent and acknowledged by the client, the client has to pay within 42 hours, or they will lose their slot. There will be exceptions to this if the client communicates any complications.
● If the client desires to cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued if progress hasn't started. Refunds will depend on the amount of work completed.
● I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any moment. If I cancel a commission, clients will receive a full refund, no matter the progress of the commission.
● Refunds will not be available if the commission is complete.
